| All vinyl cutting is completed in our own workshop to the highest standard. Our base products are chosen for their quality and durability, purchased when ever possible from within the UK. Should for any reason our products not come up to your expectations then please contact us so that we can resolve any problems as speedily as possible. |

We normally post all items within 72 hours but in case of problems we always require a minimum of 10 days (we shall contact purchasers if there is a problem with delivery times), those items that take longer state so in the items individual page. When you complete your order you will find a range of postal options, please select the most suitable option for you, keeping in mind that if you require tracking or postal receipts we can only supply these if you choose that postal option. |

| It is important that you supply us with all artwork and text at the time of purchase (or send us a note that they are being sent later). For your convenience all item pages have a short form where you can choose various options, please complete these short forms as it ensures that all your purchase notes then contain this information which helps prevents mistakes in printing and despatch. |

Where an order is not completed within 14 days by supplying the required info or contacting us to inform us of late sending of the info then we shall assume the item is no longer required and refund the purchase price (you will by that date have received at least two reminders to your supplied email address). |

We have over 100,000 designs for cutting out of vinyl for applying to vehicles, shops and notices, we can also convert most supplied pictures (not full colour) and logos for use in this process, if unsure please ask. |

Just order the quantity you require and the purchase price along with postage will be calculated for you as the reduced price. Special discounts for extra large orders, clubs and amenity groups will be supplied on request. |
